The state government has given a big gift to the employees. In fact, a notification has been issued regarding the increase in their dearness allowance. Employees and retired employees will now be given the benefit of enhanced pension and dearness allowance.
5th-6th Pay Commission: A big gift has been given to the employees by the state government. In fact, dearness relief has been increased on the basis of inflation of the employees. Notification for this has been issued on Monday. According to the issued notification, the salary will be paid to the employees and retired government employees along with the increased DA.
Fifth Central Pay Scale: 15% increase in DA
Retired government employees receiving government under the fifth central pay scale will be given the benefit of 396% dearness allowance from July 1, 2022. This increase will also be applicable to family pensioners. 381% was being paid as dearness allowance to the pensioners. His dearness allowance has been increased by 15 percent.
In fact, in the cabinet decision taken on October 15, it has been agreed upon. According to the notification issued by the Finance Department, the increased amount will be paid in cash to the pensioners. Treasury officials have been asked to start payment of dues without waiting for orders from any authority.
6th Pay: 9 percent increase in dearness allowance
Apart from this, dearness allowance was increased by 9 percent for the pensioners getting the sixth central pay scale. In the cabinet meeting on 15 October, the dearness allowance was increased by 212%. Retired employees were being given the benefit of 203% dearness allowance. Through the notification, it has been said that the pensioners will be paid the increased amount in cash. While in the case of ex-employees of the Patna High Court Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council, the decision will be taken by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and the Chairman of the Council.
DA increase was done for the seventh pay scale
Earlier, an increase in dearness allowance was announced for the employees getting the seventh pay scale. Notification has been issued for this. After this, the dearness allowance of the employees was increased by 4 percent. The same dearness allowance was increased from 34 to 38%.
