In this meeting, the union members will pressurize the company for a bonus of about Rs 85,000 thousand, many unions have also demanded a bonus of one lakh rupees per worker in view of the work done during the Corona period.
CCL has told the Finance Department that the salary and bonus for the month of September should be received by the employees on October 1, in any case, a meeting of the company’s EPR team has been held, in which it was said that the work will be done till 5 pm on September 25. Record the attendance of the employees doing the work, on the basis of this the absence will be made.
The list of leave of all the employees is also to be uploaded on the respective site till September 29, so that the dry run of payment of salary without allowances can be done on September 30. In this regard, a special order has also been issued at the company level.
