There is good news for thousands of pensioners of Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh. The second installment of Rs 26.87 crore has been released by the Social Welfare Department under old age pension. 84168 pensioners will get its benefit. Here, the state government has ordered the remaining pensioners to get Aadhaar verification done at the earliest, so that they can also be given pension.
The Directorate of Social Welfare has also released the second installment of three months each to the pensioners this month. 3000-3000 rupees have been given to 78761 pensioners under old age pension by the Social Welfare Department. In September, 5407 pensioners who were deprived of the first installment, Rs 6000-6000 thousand have been sent in the accounts as pension. In this way, pension has been issued in the account of total 84168 pensioners in October.
Last month also 78761 pensioners were given three-month pension, the government has ordered the remaining pensioners to get Aadhaar verification done soon, so that they can also be given pension. Three months pension is sent to the accounts at the rate of one thousand rupees per month i.e. three thousand rupees per quarter.
Let us inform that the Uttar Pradesh government has made Aadhaar authentication necessary for all the beneficiaries to take advantage of pension schemes, in such a situation, all the pensioners who have not got Aadhaar authentication done yet, they should get it done before October 31, otherwise the pension will be stuck. Or it can stop. After this the beneficiaries who remain will be excluded from the pension scheme.
