There is good news for employee teachers. They will be given the benefit of the new pay commission. Along with this, he will be paid arrears from 2007. Along with this, up to Rs 2.5 lakh will be seen in the employees’ accounts. On the other hand, there will be a big increase in their salary.

Order for release of arrears

Para teacher will be given the benefit of sixth pay scale by the Himachal government. They will now start getting the benefits under the 6th Pay Commission. Along with this, orders have also been given to all the deputy directors to issue arrears to them since 2007. For this orders were issued by the Directorate of Higher Education. Tell that an important decision was given by the Himachal Pradesh High Court in favor of the mercury teacher.

Benefit of sixth pay scale 

According to the arrears received since 2007, an amount of Rs 2.5 lakh will be provided to each teacher. This decision has now been implemented by the Elementary Education Department in favor of the teacher. Para teachers will also start getting the benefits of the Sixth Pay Commission.

20 to 25 thousand increase in salary 

With all the teachers in the state getting the new scale, an increase of Rs 20 to 25 thousand in their salary is considered certain. According to the para teachers, as per the order, the former teachers will get the benefit of Rs 10300 including Rs 3600 salary and 3% increment whereas the former teachers will be provided the benefit of Rs 10300 basic pay including Rs 4200 grade pay and 3% increment from time to time.

Earlier, teachers recruited batch wise started getting the benefits of the Sixth Pay Commission after 2009, whereas para teachers were deprived of it. After this, in 2012, Mohanlal became SP, the state case was filed in the High Court.

It was decided by Himachal Government in 2014 that this benefit will not be given to para teachers. After this, in 2014 itself, a petition for Ab Manana was filed in the court. On which the High Court had directed the state government to give the benefits of the Sixth Pay Commission including arrears to para teachers.
