All the administrative Ministries/Departments of the Government have been requested to bring this to the notice of the Central Public Sector Enterprises under their administrative control for necessary action on their part.
Good news for employees. Actually, once again the DA of their 6th pay commission employees has been increased (da hike). In fact, their dearness allowance has been increased by 9 percent. CPSEs 6th CPC DA Orders have been issued for 212% CDA pattern employees from July 2022. According to the new order, the OM of the department. dated 14.10.2008 wherein the rates of DA payable to the employees of CPSEs following CDA pattern pay scale have been revised.
Actually DA payable to the employees has been increased to 212% from the existing rate of 203% with effect from 01.07.2022. At the same time, their DA has increased to 9 percent. Fractions of 50 paise and above in payment of Dearness Allowance may be rounded off to the next higher rupee.
These rates are applicable in the case of CDA employees whose pay has been revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as per DPE’s OM dated 14.10.2008. Earlier on January 2022, the rate of DA has been revised. Dearness Allowance payable to employees was increased to 203% from the existing rate of 196% with effect from 01.01.2022. There was an increase of 7 per cent in DA during this period.
