According to the decision of the Labor Department, it will be necessary to give joining letter to the employees working in any sector on joining the job and experience letter on leaving the job. Apart from this, it will also be necessary to give the details of salary through salary slip every month.
Women will be able to do night shift
The Labor Department has said in another decision that now women can do night shift in the office on their own free will. During this, full security will be provided to them. According to this, women can work from 7 pm to 6 am as per their wish. For this, it will be mandatory for the office to provide them cab service and dinner. It also has to be ensured that no woman should work alone during the night shift.
At the same time, the offices will have to work to increase the number of women at their workplace. At the same time, no company can make a female employee work at night without her consent. Apart from this, every company will have to make proper arrangements for sexual harassment with women in its office.
