Another fresh Western Disturbance will affect the Western Himalayan region from March 16. Scattered light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and gusty winds (speed 30-40 kmph) over north due to possible association of mid tropospheric western trough with low tropospheric westerly winds over central, east and northeast India hopefully.
Due to which there is a warning of heavy rain in Telangana, Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Interior Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand from March 15 to March 18.
IMD Alert, Today Weather Update: The weather of the country is going to change from tonight. Till March 21, a warning of hailstorm including rain has been issued in many states. Along with this, snowfall will be seen in the hilly states. According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, the Western Disturbance is becoming active. With this, a new pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal. Due to which weather warning has been issued in Central India including North-East and East India.
Due to the active Western Disturbance over the Western Himalayas, warnings of heavy rain and snowfall have also been issued in the capital Delhi including Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Leh Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh. The process of rain is going to continue in the southern state as well . According to the Meteorological Department, there will be a period of thunder and hail along with rain. There are chances of rain and snowfall in Himachal, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir this whole week. The weather is going to deteriorate in Uttarakhand for the next 5 days. Heavy hailstorm warning has been issued in Bageshwar.
There will be drastic changes in the weather in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra as well. Apart from this , warnings have been issued by the Meteorological Department in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu including Orissa, West Bengal . A lightning alert has been issued while a forecast of strong heat wave has also been issued in some parts of Goa .
Clouds will go in the capital Delhi from tomorrow, rain alert for 7 days
The coming few weeks are going to be very pleasant in the capital Delhi. There is a possibility of pre-monsoon rains in Delhi. Along with this, Western Disturbance is becoming active over the Western Himalayas. Due to which rain along with thunder has been predicted in Delhi. Hail is also possible in some areas. An alert has also been issued for brightness. Along with this, moisture will dissolve in the air in the morning and evening. Due to which the weather will remain pleasant.
Delhi receives a normal rainfall of 19.1 mm in the month of March. Due to which the weather remains pleasant. Although this time Delhi has been deprived of normal rainfall, but once again the sky will be cloudy from tomorrow and it is expected to rain for the entire period with short intervals in particular. However, the possibility of heavy rain was ruled out. During this, till March 21, moderate rain can be seen at some places.
Weather system
Talking about the weather system, there is a possibility of an active Western Disturbance over the Western Himalayas on March 16. Due to this system, an induced cyclonic circulation is also forming over Rajasthan. Due to which 1 east-west trough line will run near Delhi. Due to this, light rain may start in Delhi from the night of 16th. The process of rain will continue in Delhi till March 21. On March 22, there was a possibility of moderate rain. However, after March 22, there will be a gradual reduction in rain and drop in temperature.
At present, the process of increasing the temperature is going on in Delhi. There will be an increase in temperature for 2 days. If the Meteorological Department is to be believed, the temperature is increasing due to lack of sea breeze and delayed movement. However, during 24 hours scattered rain activity can be seen from North Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana to South Uttar Pradesh. Due to which the weather in Delhi will remain pleasant.
New systems activated once again in Madhya Pradesh
In Madhya Pradesh too, new systems are being activated once again. Due to which warnings of rain and strong thunderstorms have been issued. On Tuesday also, there is a possibility of rain and hailstorm with strong thunderstorms in more than 20 districts. Apart from this, due to the activation of three weather systems, there will be huge changes in the weather once again in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh. There will be clouds in the sky. The temperature will also be recorded less than normal.

Heavy rain, hailstorm warning in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand

The weather is changing rapidly in Bihar as well. A warning has been issued for thunderstorms from March 17 to 21. Advisory has been issued by IMD to the farmers to be cautious. Expressing the possibility of 10 to 40 mm of rain, according to the meteorologist, a drop of 10 degrees in temperature can be seen. Along with this, the possibility of heavy rain and thundershowers has also been expressed in many areas.
Instructions have been issued by the Meteorological Department to the farmers to harvest the crop as soon as possible and keep it in a safe place. Actually a low pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal. Due to which huge changes are going to be seen in the weather in North East India.
In Jharkhand on March 13, the sky will be clear and the weather will remain dry. However, on March 14, partly cloudy with thunder clouds may also form. The maximum temperature can be recorded at 34 while the minimum is 19 degree Celsius. However, after March 15, there is a possibility of changing the weather.
It will be partly cloudy on March 15. The possibility of light rain with thunder has also been expressed. On the other hand, on 16-17 April and 19 March, there will be light clouds in the sky, while expressing the possibility of moderate rain, an alert has also been issued for hailstorm.
Heat wave warning in Maharashtra, Goa
According to the Meteorological Department, for the second time in Mumbai, the maximum temperature of the country has been recorded at 39 degree Celsius. Weather alert has been issued for 5 days in Uttarakhand. Heavy rain warning has been issued for high altitude areas including light to moderate snowfall and rain. There is a possibility of rain in Dehradun as well. Yellow alert has been issued.
There is a possibility of change in the weather in Himachal including Leh Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad. The weather in Himachal may worsen till March 17. Heavy snowfall may occur in Rohtang and Kinnaur while rain warning has also been issued in Mandi and Kullu. Light rain has been seen in the evening along with sunshine in the capital Shimla.
Heavy snowfall has been predicted in high hill districts of Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Mandi, Kullu, Chamba. On the other hand, a yellow alert has been issued for thunderstorms, while the weather is expected to remain clear after March 17 in the plains, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra and Una.
Warning of rain including strong thunderstorms in Rajasthan Gujarat
