There is an increase in snowfall on the mountains. Rain was forecast in the southern state. There is a drop in temperature in Central India. On the other hand, a low pressure area is forming over the North Andaman Sea in the next 24 hours. Due to which once again there will be a big change in the weather.

IMD Weather Update: Rain continues to wreak havoc in many states across the country. Along with snowfall on the mountains, the weather of North India is changing. The Meteorological Department predicted that there would be a further drop in the temperature in the coming days. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in the capital has reached 8 degree Celsius.

Today another system is becoming active in the Bay of Bengal. A fresh cyclonic circulation is very likely to emerge over North Andaman Sea within 24 hours. Due to which moderate rains are expected over Tamil Nadu and neighboring North Interior Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Delhi’s climate
Talking about the capital Delhi, on November 24, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 8 degrees while the maximum temperature can be recorded at 26 degrees Celsius. The sky is expected to remain clear. However, after 3 days the movement of clouds will start in the sky. Along with this, the intensity of cold will increase. Light fog is being seen in the morning and evening.

The moisture in the weather is increasing due to the continuous westerly wind blowing in different areas including the capital Lucknow. The shivering of the night has started increasing. Feeling cold due to fog and moderate wind. According to the head of the Meteorological Department, due to the cold wind coming from the mountains, even after the sun is out, there is a feeling of cold. There is a need to be careful as the minimum temperature has reached 12 degree Celsius while in Bihar, due to wind, cold is increasing.

Snow in the mountains
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with snowfall in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh including Gilgit, Muzaffarabad. Scattered snowfall and rain will see a drop in temperature at many places. In other areas including Kashmir, the temperature has reached minus degree Celsius.

MP-Punjab Weather
In Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, the minimum temperature has reached 12 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature has reached 28 degree Celsius. The fall in temperature continues in Punjab as well. The knock of fog and mist is being seen. The temperature has reached 9 degree Celsius. There is a possibility of increasing more cold till the end of November.

Weather of UP-Bihar
Dehradun in Uttarakhand recorded a minimum temperature of 10 degree Celsius. The minimum temperature in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla has reached 6 degree Celsius. The knock of winter is also being seen in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Patna recorded a minimum temperature of 13 degree Celsius.

Sub-zero temperature in Kashmir Valley
The minimum temperature in the Kashmir Valley is being recorded below zero. The weather is dry. Cold nights have been forecasted. Srinagar also recorded below listening temperature on the first night of the season. The minimum temperature has been recorded at 0.8 degree Celsius on Tuesday night. Barring Kokernag in South Kashmir, the mercury has touched zero degree Celsius in the entire valley.

Snowing on the mountains
The effect of snowfall on the mountains is also visible on the plains. Due to the rising temperature in the plain state, due to cold air from the mountainous areas, huge changes are being seen in Bihar Jharkhand including Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh. The minimum temperature in Odisha has reached 8 degree Celsius.

Rain in these areas
Widespread rain and thundershowers are expected over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Scattered rain and thundershowers may occur over Lakshadweep. Light rain is likely over Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe. The air quality is likely to be ‘very poor’ over northern India and ‘poor’ over central, eastern, western and southern India. Dry weather conditions are expected to prevail over other areas.
