IMD Alert: Heavy rains may occur in Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur from July 15 to July 16. Similar weather is expected in Bihar, Sikkim and West Bengal till July 17. On July 15, there will be heavy rain at one or two places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Similarly, the IMD has predicted heavy rains in East Rajasthan and Uttarakhand from July 15 to July 17.

IMD Alert, Weather Rain Update: Many states of the country are receiving torrential rains at this time. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that heavy to very heavy rains may occur in Northeast India in the next two days, and extremely heavy rains may occur at some places, after which its intensity will decrease. Similarly, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Coastal Karnataka during July 15 to 17.

The Meteorological Department has predicted that heavy rains will occur at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra as well as Konkan, Goa from July 15 to July 16. South interior Karnataka and coastal Karnataka will receive rain on July 15. Additionally, Gujarat region will receive rain from July 15 to July 16, Kutch and Saurashtra will receive rain on July 16 and July 17. Heavy to very heavy rains are expected over Chhattisgarh on July 15, Vidarbha, Marathwada and Telangana will receive rain on July 15 while Odisha will receive rain on July 15.

Delhi will get relief from humid heat

Talking about the weather of the country’s capital Delhi, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain throughout the week. In such a situation, the temperature can reach 34 degree Celsius. At the same time, a rain alert has been issued on Monday. During this time, the sky will remain lightly cloudy. Due to this, the maximum temperature can be recorded at 36 and the minimum temperature at 28 degree Celsius.

How will the weather be in the whole country in the next 24 hours

According to Skymet Weather, during the next 24 hours, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka, parts of Madhya Maharashtra and North Interior Karnataka may receive moderate to heavy rains with very heavy rains at some places. Kerala, Vidarbha, Marathwada, South Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat may receive light to moderate rains with heavy rains at some places.

Light to moderate rain may occur over Sikkim, Northeast India, South Interior Karnataka, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and parts of Rajasthan. Light rain is possible over Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Gangetic West Bengal, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Punjab and Haryana.
