Weather Forecast: The Meteorological Department (IMD) has given information about the weather forecast for different areas of the country. IMD has predicted heavy rain in Uttarakhand today and tomorrow. There are chances of heavy rains in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Sikkim, Sub Himalayan West Bengal.

New Delhi: Weather Forecast: The Meteorological Department (IMD) has given information about the weather forecast for different areas of the country. IMD has predicted heavy rain in Uttarakhand today and tomorrow. There are chances of heavy rains in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Sikkim, Sub Himalayan West Bengal.

Light rain expected for the next four days

The Meteorological Department said that there may be light rain in Northeast India for the next four days. On the other hand, from August 16, there will be an increase in rain activities in East and Central India. Similarly, there are chances of rain in Odisha on 15 and 16 August.

On the other hand, there is a possibility of rain in Jharkhand on 16 August. There will be heavy rain at some places in Bihar today. Similarly, from 14 to 16 August, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

There is a possibility of rain in Delhi as well.

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be very light rain with thunder in Delhi on Monday and Tuesday. The Meteorological Office has predicted a cloudy sky in the city on Monday, while the maximum temperature is expected to be around 34 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be around 27 degree Celsius. According to the department, very light rain may occur at one or two places on Monday.

Light rain expected on Tuesday

The department has forecast very light rain or thundershowers in the evening in Delhi on Tuesday on Independence Day. On the other hand, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 35.3 degree Celsius on Sunday, which is one degree above normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.9 degree Celsius. Humid weather prevailed throughout the day and the humidity level in the air was recorded between 57 to 74 percent.
