IMD Alert: The process of change in the country’s weather continues. Due to the active Western Disturbance, the weather is going to change in many states of North India. - Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail over some parts of Gangetic West Bengal and isolated parts of Odisha, Bihar and Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
- Squally weather (wind speed reaching 40-45 kmph gusting to 50 kmph) very likely over Gulf of Oman and adjoining west-central Arabian Sea. Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas
