Strong cold winds in NCR

In Hapur in UP and Sonipat, Palwal and Rewari in Haryana, people are seen increasing their chills due to cold in the morning. A slight haze is also visible. The coldest morning in this season has been recorded in Delhi on Tuesday morning.
Dry weather in Uttar Pradesh too
Weather remains dry in Uttar Pradesh as well. In fact, the effect of cold winds coming from Himachal Uttarakhand including Leh, Ladakh is being seen. In fact, it is likely to increase further soon. The Meteorological Department has predicted moderate rain in some parts of the state Kolhan division of Santhal Parganas till October 27.
