In this too, a special warning has been issued for children, the elderly and people suffering from serious diseases. The Meteorological Department has said that to keep yourself safe from the heat, keep consuming maximum amount of liquids. Even if you are not thirsty, keep yourself hydrated by consuming ORS, homemade drinks like lassi, lemon water, buttermilk etc.
