According to IMD, light/moderate widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy falls very likely to continue over South India during next 24 hours and reduce thereafter. Whereas, light/moderate widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy falls very likely over West India during next 5 days over Konkan & Goa, Ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra and Gujarat State.
On July 06, there is a possibility of very heavy rainfall in Konkan and Goa and Ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Gujarat region on 07th and in Saurashtra and Kutch on 07th and 08th July.
According to IMD, light/moderate to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls very likely over northwest India during next 5 days. Thereafter, under the influence of Western Disturbance and its interaction with monsoon winds; Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely in Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana-Chandigarh on July 9. On the other hand, there is a possibility of light/moderate to widespread rainfall with heavy rainfall at isolated places over central India during the next five days.
