In the next few days, this monsoon can reach the remaining parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujarat. Due to this, heavy rains will start in these parts as well. According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of monsoon will be more visible in the western, north-western and central eastern parts of India. People in this part may have to face heavy rains and waterlogging.
Alert for 8 districts of Madhya Pradesh
According to the forecast released by the Meteorological Department (IMD), there may be light to moderate rains in East and North-East India, Odisha, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Konkan region for the next 5 days. There may also be very heavy rains in some places, due to which life may become disturbed. IMD has forecast very heavy rains today in 8 districts of Madhya Pradesh: Narsinghpur, Seoni, Narmadapuram, Betul, Burhanpur, Sagar, Chhindwara and Harda. For this, a yellow alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department.

There is a possibility of light rain in 17 districts of Bihar today. At the same time, the forecast of rain has been expressed in UP for the next 7 days. The Meteorological Department says that this period of rain can continue till July 1. During this, light to heavy rainfall will be seen. According to meteorologists, an alert for heavy rain has been issued in Medinipur, Jhargram and North and South Parganas of West Bengal for the next two days. Along with the mountains of North India, heavy rains can also be seen in Southeastern Rajasthan.
