Due to this, an alert has been issued regarding heavy rains in its surrounding areas. Apart from this, 17 teams of NDRF have been deployed to face any emergency.

The Meteorological Department has told that there is a possibility of hailstorm in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till June 15. At the same time, an alert has been issued in Rajasthan regarding heavy rains on June 16 and 17.
For the time being, the heat wave is likely to continue in Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh. The Meteorological Department says that the current temperature conditions may persist in different areas of these states for the next five days. Severe heat has been predicted in Madhya Pradesh and Telangana for the next 24 hours.
