IMD Weather Update Today 9 February 2024: The weather of the country is changing again, the Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in some parts of Central India from February 10 to February 14, IMD has predicted cold wave in some parts of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. The possibility has been expressed.
In the forecast issued today, IMD said that the effect of a trough/cyclonic circulation is visible over the central part of the country due to which scattered to light rain may occur over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh during the next 5 days.
Chances of cold wave in Punjab, Himachal
Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has also predicted rain in southern states like Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Kerala on February 10 and 11. IMD has issued a warning that there is a possibility of cold wave in different parts of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
