The Department of Posts has issued a notification announcing the recruitment of Branch Postmaster, Assistant Branch Postmaster and Dak Sevak posts in various states across the country. It includes many states of the country including UP, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat. A total of 40,889 posts have been recruited.
10th pass candidates can fill the form for recruitment. To fill the form, candidates have to visit the official website indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The application process has started from today i.e. 27th January. At the same time, the candidates will be able to fill the recruitment form till 16 February. After this, you will be able to amend your application till February 17-19.

The age limit for recruitment has been kept between 18-40 years. Relaxation will also be given to reserved category candidates in the maximum age limit.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through merit list. Which will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 10th. The list of selected candidates will be shared on the official portal. Candidates whose names appear in the list will be called for document verification.
