Indian Railways made a big announcement on Holi, going to start 20 new trains, see details here

Holi Special Train: Passengers can book seats in these trains to go to their homes. With this, the hassle of tickets for the passengers will also end and they will be able to travel easily.

Indian Railway Holi Special Train: Ministry of Railways has decided to operate several Holi special trains for the convenience of the passengers on the occasion of Holi. Out of these, information has already been given to run 16 pairs of Holi special trains. Now information about four more new trains is being given. Passengers can book seats in these trains to go to their homes. With this, the hassle of tickets for the passengers will also end and they will be able to travel easily.

One pair each of Holi special train will be operated between Howrah-Raxaul and Patna-Ahmedabad. Train number 03043 Howrah-Raxaul Holi special will leave Howrah at 23.00 hrs on 04.03.2023 and reach Raxaul at 14.15 hrs the next day, Sunday. In the return direction, train number 03044 Raxaul-Howrah Holi special will leave Raxaul at 15.45 hrs on 05.03.2023 and reach Howrah at 07.20 hrs the next day. This special train will stop at Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul, Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Janakpur Road, Sitamarhi, Bairgania stations between Howrah and Raxaul.

Train number 09417 Ahmedabad-Patna Holi special will leave Ahmedabad at 09.10 hrs on 06.03.2023 and reach Patna at 21.05 hrs the next day. In the return direction, train number 09418 Patna-Ahmedabad Holi special will leave Patna at 23.45 hrs on 07.03.2023 and will reach Ahmedabad at 11.20 hrs on 09.03.2023 stopping at various stations. This train will stop between Ahmedabad and Patna at Nadiad, Godhra, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Mathura, Kashganj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn. Will stop at Buxar, Ara, Danapur and other stations.

Western Railway will run festival special train here

1. For the convenience of passengers and to meet their demand, Western Railway has decided to run Festival Special trains on special fares between Mumbai Central-Bhagat Ki Kothi and Ahmedabad-Patna stations. According to Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of these trains are as follows.
2. Train No. 09093 Mumbai Central – Bhagat Ki Kothi Special will leave Mumbai Central at 09.30 hrs on Saturday, 4th March, 2023 and will reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 09.30 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09094 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Mumbai Central Special will leave Bhagat Ki Kothi at 12.15 hrs on Sunday, March 5, 2023 and will reach Mumbai Central at 11.45 hrs the next day.
3. This train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Bijaynagar, Nasirabad, Ajmer, Beawar, Marwar, Pali Marwar and Luni stations in both directions. This train will have AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

Train Number 09417/09418 Ahmedabad-Patna Weekly Special

1. Train No. 09417 Ahmedabad-Patna Special will leave Ahmedabad at 09.10 hrs on Monday, March 6, 2023 and will reach Patna at 21.05 hrs the next day. Similarly, train number 09418 Patna-Ahmedabad special will leave Patna at 23.45 hrs on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 and reach Ahmedabad at 11.20 hrs on Thursday.
2. This train will stop at Nadiad, Chhayapuri, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Hindaun City, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Mathura, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kanpur Central, Lucknow, Sultanpur, Jaunpur City, Varanasi, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, in both directions. Will stop at Buxar, Arrah and Danapur stations. This train will have AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
