Indian Railways has canceled more than 20 trains between May 17 and June 8 and changed the timings and routes of more than four trains.
Thousands of passengers will be disappointed

This sudden decision of the Railways has left many passengers disappointed. Railways has canceled many trains going to important stations including Mumbai, Delhi, Jammu Tawi, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Dibrugarh via Gonda for a long period.
Route of some trains will be changed
Northeast Railway will do non-interlocking for yard remodeling of Gonda station. Due to this, most of the trains coming towards Lucknow via Gorakhpur will remain canceled from May 17 to June 8. Route of some trains will be changed and many trains will be stopped mid way.
These trains were canceled
Gorakhpur-Aishbagh Express, Aishbagh-Gorakhpur Express, Lucknow Junction-Patliputra Express, Patliputra-Lucknow Junction Express, Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Humsafar Express, Anand Vihar Terminus -Gorakhpur Humsafar Express, Barauni-Lucknow Junction Express, Lucknow Junction-Barauni Express, Gwalior Barauni Express, Barauni-Gwalior Express, Chhapra Kachari-Gomtinagar Express, Gomtinagar-Chhapra Kachari Express, all these trains will remain canceled from May 17 to June 8 due to this reason.
These trains will run late by four hours
Gorakhpur Panvel Express from May 17 to 30, Gorakhpur-Bandra Express on May 18 and 25, Gorakhpur-LTT Express on May 21 and 28 for two hours, Gorakhpur-Hisar Gorakhdham Express, Saharsa-New Delhi Vaishali Express, Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Town Express, Barauni-Bandra Avadh Express, Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur Express, New Delhi-Darbhanga Bihar Sampark Kranti Express will run late by up to four hours on different days from June 1 to 8. Along with this, Gwalior-Balrampur Sushasan Express running from Gwalior from 18th May to 8th June will remain canceled at Gomtinagar station while the Ahmedabad-Gorakhpur Express running from Ahmedabad from 21st May to 4th June will be canceled in Lucknow.
