This is an easy way to check linking
1. For this you have to go to the website incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. You will see the option of ‘Quick Links’ on the left side.
3. Here you click on ‘Link Aadhaar’
4. Check if you have applied for linking before or after opening the page
5. Now this will take you to another page
6. Now insert PAN card number and Aadhar card number here
7. Now click on View Link Aadhaar Status
Only after entering the information, you will get information about the link of PAN card and Aadhaar card.
How to link PAN card to your Aadhaar card
1. For this, you have to go to the website incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.
2. For linking, you have to click on ‘Link Aadhaar’ option. Immediately a page will open in front of you, in which information like PAN card number, Aadhaar number and name will be asked from you.
3. After filling all the information, your card will be linked.
4. If you are facing any problem in online linking, then you can also do the linking through SMS.
5. By writing a UIDPN from your registered phone number, you will have to write your Aadhaar by giving a space, then you will have to write a PAN number by giving a space and then send it to 567678 or 56161.
