This Indian IT company named Experion Technologies has informed that it is trying to increase its operation in Japan by investing up to Rs 50 crore in the next 12 months. Apart from this, the company is also trying to increase the market base in America, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe.

The company has informed that according to the global expansion plan, it is trying to take its business to other countries by spending more than Rs 50 crore in the next 1 year. For this, the company will recruit many software engineers and senior sales. Experion Technologies has also told that it will start its operations in Japan from June 2023. The company said that it is now trying to expand its business in Japan by using the experiences gained in the US, UK and Australia markets. At the same time, the company has also started the process of hiring in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
The company will recruit 1,500 IT professionals
According to the report published in Economic Times, the company is planning to increase its total employee strength by 1,500 by 2025-26. In this case, the total workforce of Experion will reach 3,000. The company also told that out of this, 600 facers will also be recruited. First they will be given training and after that the employees will be recruited in Kerala.
