IT Recruitment 2022: Job news for the candidates who wish to have a government job in the Income Tax Department.Â
Income Tax Department, Government of India has released advertisement for recruitment to various posts in the offices of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, West Bengal and Sikkim.
According to the advertisement released by the department, applications are being invited from eligible candidates for recruitment to 24 posts of Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS).
Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application in offline mode by 18 April 2022 through the application form given in the advertisement issued by the department. Eligibility for Income Tax Department Recruitment 2022
According to the recruitment advertisement issued by the Income Tax Department, to apply for the post of Income Tax Inspector, candidates must have passed graduation degree or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university and the age of the candidate should be 18 to 30 years as on 18 April 2022.
Candidates for Tax Assistant Posts should possess Graduation Degree as well as able to do data entry at the speed of 8000 KDPH and age should be 18 to 27 years. For Multi Tasking Staff Posts, Matriculation passed or equivalent qualification from recognized Board or Council and age between 18 to 25 years.

Selection Process for Income Tax Department Recruitment 2022
As per the Recruitment Advertisement issued by Income Tax Department, the shortlisted candidates after scrutiny of the applications received for all the posts will be called for Ground/Proficiency Test to assess their proficiency in their respective sports. For the post of Tax Assistant, candidates will also have to appear for Data Entry Skill Test.
