It is not good for Reliance to reduce the given period of use after the commitment given for the customer and the customer has opted for it. It is breach of trust. Reliance shall loose the trust and confidence of the customers. Instead
of calling as Reliance it shall be called as UnReliance. The charges should have been made applicable for the succeeding recharges.

Naya Co Hai. Public ko give rates as same as on start. Why u increase rate rather reduce validity. Continue in months wise 30 60 90 180 days. As more practical for user rather than reducing the validity. Coustomer fus gaya and now Pl carry with same rates for 2_3 years.

Jio mobile 1500 wala, is USELESS. There is no WhatsApp with this mobile. Moreover, you have to buy new plans and a new SIM with this phone, even if you are already having a Jio Sim. So, it’s better to get back the Rs 500 you paid for booking the Jio phone. However, if you want to give basic phone to your maid or driver or any other employees, it’s ok.

kindly give details regarding international roaming charges. i now at Chicago and have one JIO number. I received a SMS stating if i am prepared to pay international roaming charges i can use jio data access otherwise i am asked to not to use the same. i could not know the international roaming charges. please inform me

I have recharge as new plan 399 for 84 days validity…it will continue after working plan is De dhana dhan plan 399 which will be over on 8th Nivember. During Diwali fastival you have offer new plan and we have recharge on your trust for 84 days validity.
Now how you can reduce as validity of 84 days in upcoming plan of399. This is nothing but cheating with customers. You can change promise as given in plan at time of offer the plan.

this is called pure trapping the people. It is history of Reliance that starting of any new business he gave huge benefits to capture market share.

but now if the jio rise the price of plans and also reduce the plan validity certainly the customer will move to other provider, i will also change/port my 3 jio numbers to other provider.
slowly slowly the many other customer also disconnect the jio services.

The battery life of the JioFy instrument is very poor..it gets drained out quickly.

JIO must honor their commitments of 84 days for 399 plan at least for the customers those who have already paid.

It is not good on part of jio to reduce the validity days from 84 days to 70 days. Thay should remain the same
commitment as they have promised earlier otherwise they will loose the lakhs of customers. Jio should also improve
the service network which is not good presently & their battery life is also too short.

Still i am having another number which is permanent, Whenever i feel that it is becoming costly i will break and threw this sim card… Thanks JIO

Your coverage at many times is very poor.

Not only that yesterday, there were more than 30 call drops both for incoming and outgoing calls. It happened between7.00 am to 3.30 pm.

Many times calls are getting disconnected while you are talking to someone.

In such a situation what is the solution?

Sorry to 8nform you that you are simply cheating the public after grabbing the telecom market share from others lije-airtel, Vodafone, idea etc.
Shortening of validity period from 84 days to 70 days, rising the tariff from whopping 15% suddenly,
Reducing speed from 128 to 64 kbps etc, will naturally affect people go back to other reliable operators surely.
Mr.Mukhesh Ambani should think seriously to retain old schemes at least for Prime members.

Reliance Geo hike the price and reduce the data. This is not a perfect decision of this company. If this plane and validity is continue some geo customer are change their decision.

The network is not as much effective as tariff are changed now. This way jio is loosing the business. Its remind us the greatest offer given by Dhirubhai Ambanis “karlo duniya muththi me” and what happens now of that. Everybody knows well. So again to management looks your plan otherwise as I told you, loosing the business.

At least JIo should pay regards to those who have paid their beliefs in JIo and left their old network, if jio changes in the plan as reduce the days or speed or data limit, it will demotivate the customer and they will quit the JIO. Network coverage at evening time in Shahau Colony , Karve Nagar, Lane no -6, Pune. (7 to 12 pm) is very very poor or almost not available in that time. Request you to work on the same to get complete satisfaction of data plan.

Gradually increasing the tariff is not desireable. The speed has also come down. This not expected. Other providers are also announcing lucrative offers. So may think otherwise.

While advertising,Jio had made everyone understand that the revised tariff would not affect those who recharge before the 13th October. Therefore, it is but logical to leave those subscribers who did as advertised by Jio. Otherwise, there will be a credibility lapse entailing legal actions.My outward call in progress gets disconnected automatically whenever there is an incoming call. Coy. to sort out the issue.

COMPAMY MUST STRENGTHEN THEIR SIGNALS AS MOST OF THR TIME SIGNALS NOT AVAILABLE. AS REGARDS REVISION IN RATE VERY FREQUENTLY, Company will face consequence.They should be at par with the market or rather better than market as they have done in the past for capturing others business.As such reputation of Reliance in the customers mind is not at all good, since long they have been cheating public, pl. Best plans ever as we compare other telecom companies.Jio is the first network introduced many free plans for more than 5 months to all customers.They gave the many offers to all jio customers.Due to Jio all other networks reduced their price.We never forget Jio.

People may start porting to other service providers at the same pace enjoyed by jio at the time of attracting more than 10 crore customers.

One of the worst customer service, i have ever seen. They do not know most of the details and give completely wrong information. When we say that it is wrong, they just say “sorry sir”. No direct contact details for appellate authorities. I think they will loose major part of the business very soon.

Speed of 128kbps to 64kbps is a cheating with customer, bcz they rise price but not decrease speed or facility they gave first. This is a fishing / cheating with us.

I have received intimation to collect my JioPhone set through SMS. Accordingly I went to Jio store office to collect my JioPhone set and found that huge number of customer were waiting to collect their JioPhone set. There is no sitting arrangement for customer in Jio Office,,First Floor, B.M.Tower, Near Fire Brigade, Madan Lewryng.hep, Shillong, Pin 793014. Being a senior citizen, I was waiting with a coupon collected from your office gate, after 2/3 hours of standing, I returned back to my residence- Really it was my bad experience and I was not expecting such mismanagement from an organisation, owned by India’s most respected industrialist . My question is why you have not issued intimation to customer to collect their set batch by batch – why you have not opened more than one JioPhone issuing centre – Is it possible for a senior and aged citizen to wait for 3/4 hours on standing for collection of the JioPhone set. This, I think, is not a wise move by the Jio, because after giving customers a nice plan and then reverting back the plan (i.e. cutting 90 days to 70 days for e.g) will not be good for the company, because already other’s have started to give some useful plans and Jio should try to counter attack them rather than giving out lamely to them by which Jio could lose a lot of customers. I think Jio should stick to their old plan rather than reverting to new plans, which is not feasible.

both Reliance Rcom & Jio has same strategies. Rcom is on his path to close …now we have to decide to whom have to choose …Reliance or Idea /airtel / Vodafone….:-) I am on both Airtel /Idea even jio too…but like the old players .

On 25-08-2017, I booked 2 JioPhone sets against my Mobile No.9436116745 and No.9402506622 and and transferred Rs.500=00 each vide transaction ID FV00000437EO and FV0000044HKL respectively. During the last week of October, 2017, I received intimation from the authority of Jio through SMS that I should collect my JioPhone set from the Jio store office in Shillong (Address -Jio store Office, First Floor,B.M.Tower, Near Fire Brigade, Madan Lewrynghep, Shillong-793014). Accordingly, I went to Jio Local Office on 30-10-2017 and collected coupon from the gate keeper. But, on enquiry, I could understand that those who collected the coupon on previous day, were collecting their JioPhone set and those who collected coupon on 30-10-2017, they have to wait till evening. Huge no. of customer were waiting near the gate- there is no arrangement for sitting of the customer in the local Jio office- everybody was standing and waiting with coupon for collection of their JioPhone set. I was also waiting for nearly 3 hours but there was no improvement -I , being a senior citizen became very sick due to standing for long hours. Subsequently I went to Doctor for treatment. I was really sorry for mismanagement of local Jio office. They were least bother about customer. You have intimated all the customer to collect their phone set from single Jio store office at a time, which is located in a very congested area. Due to heavy rush of customer I am affraid to go to Shillong Jio office. So, Kindly fix a date for me to collect the set and I will collect the same from Jio Shillong Office.

First of all, JIO should improve call servicing ie., both incoming and outgoing.
Many of the JIO subscribers have common complaint about the very low success rate of the outgoing calls. Though JIO sim is there (in the dual SIM phones) — not many can vouch for its usefulness in making calls.

Instead of frequently changing the rate plans, JIO should seriously improve upon its service. Let them make a survey of the users to know the usefulness of their JIO connections in the last one year. Very unsatisfactory results will emerge.

Relaince JIO should concentrate on quality of services immediately, to stand in the market and desiring the grow.

The upward revision of tariffs rates and cut in free bees is a discouraging factor to continue with Jio.I am hardly able to make any calls in our area (Challaghatta/HAL airport) though the data availability is reasonably good.Please improve upon the network coverage first .

Now next time don’t use the jio network. Because this company planned year a ago by giving free internet . Now company taking back all its by giving such type of tarrif plans.

JIO need to check customer requirement & Think again. Previous Rs.399 plan with 84 days validity looks good. but currently by reducing Validity to 70 Days will also reduces its customer no. Thanks.

I have recharged of Rs.399/- and the transaction ID: BR0000ES602S On 4.10.2017 for 84 days. Now I’m not able to get connection. Even i am not able to get Jio Call Centre nor Jio-General Helpline. This is to much on your part. Please. Let me know the reason’s for your this kind of attitude with the customers. Please reply at the earliest.

JIO is Following the old trik of rel comm.style.When mobile was introduced rel comm sold mobiles with huge price for mobiles but afterwards customers repainted and switched to other service providers.When JIO is facing losses then they are increasing charges.but people are not foolish.

It is not fare to reduce the validity of Rs.399 plan from 84 days to 70 days.
First it was free offe, many customers have joined JIO than plan of Rs.309 for 84 days was given
customers have accepted both the plans of Rs.309 & Rs.399 for 84 days. Gradually JIO is making customers adicted & afterwards starts looting them.

Rs.399 / 70 days is a very bad plan comparatively from other network. 399/84 days plan is right for every customer. Otherwise customer will divert to other network. Now all customer used Jio no as a stand by ,not permanent. All comment goes to negative.

The revision of tariff made on existing rate of 84 to 70 days is not justified. Any revision must be made on a subsequent recharged so that customer will have the liberty to elect to continue the same or alternate one. Therefore it is suggested that the revised number of days validity should be made effective for existing customers only after expiry of existing validity even those customer have done advance recharge as per dipawali offers.

Otherwise it will be presumed that the company has taken this illegal advantage to cheat the millions customers who are enjoying Jio service. With thanks.

Rs.399/- for only 70 days is not enough, earlier 84 dys was OK. Please do the needful açcordingly, we would like to stay with you….

gradually the speed went down as it was in starting and signal as well ,it is very disappointing condition,and now the changed tariff of all plans .

Total Disappointment by team jio. First of all Jio network is still not strong very often we experience network fail, call drop, poor internet connectivity… still the value and plan duration is changing in every 3 months span and it’s becoming costly in every change…i think it’s time to move on to vodafone or airtel…

I would like to thank Mukesh Ambani for bringing in GIO 4G to India and giving a taste of true 4G speed at no cost for first three months followed by Rs 3.60 per day for next 3 months. You have sacrificed your hard earn money for the benefits of millions of Indians who had first been benefitted by your free services and now the other service providers had been forced to stop the loot of the Indian Consumer, which they got accustomed to during the Congress Regime. Now we do not mind paying you premium over other service providers but request you to improve your connectivity as most of the time the phone calls from JIO becomes one way communication or of very poor quality.

Guyz switch to Airtel. it has the best service. Agreed it is costly, but quality is assured and airtel knows how to retain its customers.

Jio also going the same way to other service provider better to switch to other if no any difference.

It clearly shows that Ambani is a true Business Man. First of all he adicts people for offer like FREE NET, VOICE CALL… and then he shows his clear concept, that people will be diverted towards him. But there is a good relief for customers that other Telecom Companies are giving real challenge for Free plans of a Cheter.

Iam really suffering a lot with jio network ,the biggest problem i face is of call drop and made several complain but they donot put ear on our complain ,i request themto pls refund my money and make me free from jio but like a duff n dumb they do not reply ,i cannot talk to anybody more than 5 -10 min sometimes it get disconnect as soon as attend the call .once again i request them either improve your network or refund customers money .

After so many days my problem of call drop remains the same ,now their customer care representative advice me to change handset giving reason of REDMI 4I is not compatible to JIO ,so how can last one year it was running good . the same they could have said before giving SIM.this is what they make their customer fool .Before giving sim they must put condition that JIO will only run on VOLTE not ON LTE.

I think that Jio game is going to end if the plans are reduced like this….
