Bihar News: The Government of Bihar has tied up with Tata Technologies to upgrade all 149 Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in the state.

4606 crores will be spent on this agreement. Now the government has taken a big decision to promote employment in the state.

The 149 ITIs of the government will now be taught on a new-age basis regarding the technology being advanced, for which technology and machines will be supported by Tata Technology. For this, there has been an agreement between the government and Tata.

Patna. Now the Nitish government has taken a big decision to promote employment in Bihar. MoU was signed with the Labor Department of the State Government and Tata Technology to make all the Government Industrial Training Centers of the State as Centers of Excellence.

The government has tied up with Tata Technologies to upgrade all 149 Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in the state. 4606 crores will be spent on this agreement.

The 149 ITIs of the government will now be taught on a new-age basis regarding the technology being advanced, for which technology and machines will be supported by Tata Technology. For this, there has been an agreement between the government and Tata.

Expressing happiness over the agreement, Labor Resources Minister Jibesh Kumar said that now students in Bihar will study new technology. He has talked about starting the study of drone technology in ITI colleges of Bihar soon.

Tata Technology President Pawan Bagadia described new technology as the need of the hour and said that Bihar is developing with the vision of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Schemes like Saat Nischay Part-Two are the result of this.

Development work is being done at a fast pace in Bihar. The new agreement with the government will be of great benefit.

In the first phase, a total of 60 centers will be upgraded to CoE by December 2022. The work of upgrading the remaining 89 centers will be started in January 2023, which will be converted into CoE by December 31, 2023.

The company will also deploy 298 training personnel and facilitate advanced equipment along with its industry partners.

Tata Technologies aims to upgrade the skills of the core workforce as per the future industry requirements and provide a platform to the participants to help them get preference for placements in industries. For which the cabinet approval was given to this proposal by the Bihar government on 28 December 2021.
