LPG Price 1 May 2023: On Labor Day i.e. 1 May, LPG cylinder (LPG Price) has become cheaper. Today, LPG cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 171.50 from Delhi to Kanpur, Patna, Ranchi, Chennai. The new rates have been updated today only. The reduction in the price of LPG cylinders has happened only in commercial cylinders. From today, a commercial cylinder will be available for Rs 1856.50 in Delhi, Rs 1960.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1808.50 in Mumbai and Rs 2021.50 in Chennai. On the other hand, there is no change in the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder today.
Just now, on April 1, 2023, the rate of commercial cylinders had become cheaper by about Rs 92. However, before that, on March 1, the price of commercial LPG cylinder was increased by more than Rs 350 in one stroke. The rates of commercial cylinders kept on increasing and decreasing throughout the year. On May 1, 2022, a 19 kg commercial cylinder was available in Delhi for Rs 2355.50. Today its price has come down to Rs.1856.50. That is, in the last one year its prices have got a relief of Rs 499 only in Delhi.
