This increase will be applicable from Saturday i.e. 7th May 2022. Now the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder in the capital Delhi has gone up to Rs 999.50 per cylinder. The last time on March 22, the price of domestic LPG was increased by Rs 50. There was no hike in April prices.
A week ago i.e. on May 1, the government oil companies had also increased the number of commercial LPG cylinders. Then the price per cylinder was increased by Rs 102.50. At the same time, on April 1, the price of 19 kg of commercial LPG was increased by Rs 250. After the implementation of the new price, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in Delhi increased from Rs 2253 to Rs 2355.50 from May 1.
Commercial Cylinder Beyond 2300
The price of commercial cylinder has crossed Rs 2300 per cylinder. On May 1, the cost of a commercial cylinder was Rs 2355.50. On March 1, the rate of 19 kg commercial cylinder was increased by Rs 105. Then on 22 March, 9 rupees became cheaper. The price of a commercial cylinder in Delhi on 1 October was Rs 1736. That is, in 7 months, cylinder rates have been increased at Rs 619.
At the same time, the price
of commercial cylinder has increased by Rs 170 between October 2021 and February 1, 2022. In November 2021 it became 2000 and in December 2021 it became Rs 2101. After this, it became cheaper again in January and on February 2022 it became cheaper and came to Rs 1907. After this, on April 1, 2022, it had reached Rs 2253.
Crude oil crosses 110
At this time, the price of crude oil has also crossed $ 110 per barrel again. Brent crude is trading around $112 per barrel on Saturday morning. Since the start of the Russo-Ukraine war, crude has remained consistently above $100 a barrel. Its prices continue to fluctuate. Due to this, the prices of petrol and diesel in the country had also increased rapidly in the past.
