The Mumbai Milk Producers’ Association (MMPA) had announced a steep hike in the wholesale price of buffalo milk last Friday. CK Singh, member of the executive committee of MMPA, said that the prices of bulk milk will be increased from Rs 80 per liter to Rs 85 per liter and will be applicable till August 31.

After this, its price has increased from Rs 1769 to Rs 2119.5 in Delhi, Rs 1721 to Rs 2071.5 in Mumbai, Rs 1870 to Rs 2221.5 in Kolkata and Rs 1917 to Rs 2268 in Chennai.
