LPG Price Hike: Oil marketing companies update the prices of commercial cylinders and domestic cylinders on the first of every month. The month of September has started today. Like every month, oil companies have updated the cylinder prices today as well.

According to the new update, the prices of commercial cylinders have increased. However, no change has been made in the prices of domestic cylinders. This means that domestic cylinders will be sold at the old prices only.How much did the cylinder cost
The price of commercial cylinder has increased by Rs 39 in the capital Delhi. The price of commercial cylinder has also increased in all other cities. Oil companies had also increased the price of commercial cylinder in August.

The new rates of commercial cylinder have come into effect from today.

  • From today, commercial LPG cylinder will be available in Delhi for Rs 1691.50, its price was Rs 1652.50 in August.
  • The new rates of LPG cylinder in Kolkata has increased from Rs 1764.50 to Rs 1802.50.
  • In Mumbai, which is called the economic capital, the commercial cylinder has become Rs 1644. In August it was available for Rs 1605.
  • In Chennai, the price of 19 kg blue cylinder is Rs 1855. Earlier it was Rs 1817.

Domestic LPG cylinder rates

There has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders. They will be available at the old price. Currently, it is available for Rs 802. However, in the capital Delhi, domestic cylinder is available for Rs 803.

  • The price of domestic cylinder in Kolkata is Rs 829.
  • Domestic cylinder is available in Mumbai for Rs 802.50.
  • The rate of domestic cylinder in Chennai is Rs 818.50.

This year, on the occasion of Women’s Day, a reduction in the price of domestic cylinders was announced. Since then, there has been no change in the price of cylinders.
