LPG Prices: The rising prices of petrol-diesel and LPG gas in the country have increased the concern of the people. Indian people are buying the most expensive cooking gas in the whole world. Along with this, India comes at number three in terms of petrol.

In such a situation, you will be surprised to know that at this time the world’s most expensive LPG gas is being sold in India. At the same time, we are at third place in terms of petrol and 8th in case of diesel.
Indians buying the most expensive LPG cylinder
If we look at the purchasing power of Indian currency i.e. Rupee, then the price of LPG per kilogram in India is the highest. LPG is priced at $3.5 per kg in terms of purchasing power, while 15.6 per cent of the daily income of the people is being spent on it. Such a large part of the per capita’s daily income is not being spent in any other country.
These countries come after India
In terms of purchasing power, India is followed by Turkey, Fiji, Meldova and then Ukraine. In Switzerland, France, Canada and the UK, the cost of LPG gas is very low compared to the purchasing power of the people.
India is at number three in terms of petrol
Apart from this, according to the purchasing power parity, the price of 1 liter of petrol in India is around $ 1.5. Very little goods can be bought in America for the price of $ 1.5 because the average income of the people there is very high. A lot of goods can be bought in India for 120 rupees.
About 23.5 per cent of the per capita’s daily income is being spent on buying petrol per liter. It has two neighboring countries ahead of India. In Nepal, 38.2 percent of the daily earnings have to be spent on petrol, while in Pakistan 23.8 percent is going on the purchase of petrol.
Similarly, the price of diesel in India has also crossed Rs 100 per liter. In such a situation, 20.9% of the daily income here goes on its purchase. There are seven countries ahead of India like Nepal 34 percent, Pakistan 22.8 percent.
