Maserati has launched the GranTurismo car in the Indian market (Maserati Granturismo Launched in India). Modena and Trofeo versions of this car have been brought to the country.

Powerful engine is available

Maserati has given a three-liter engine in Granturismo. But the power outputs are different in Modena and Trofeo. Maserati GranTurismo Modena has a three-liter V6 engine which gives it 490 horsepower and 600 Newton meter torque. This car takes 3.9 seconds to reach a speed of 0-100 kilometers with this engine.

At the same time, Maserati GranTurismo Trofeo also has a three-liter engine, but it has been tuned better, which gives this car 550 horsepower and 650 Newton meter torque. Due to more power, Trofeo takes 3.5 seconds to reach a speed of 0-100 kilometers. All wheel drive has been given as standard in this version.

Maserati offers many great features in GranTurismo. Some parts of the car are made of carbon fiber which helps in reducing its weight. The car has 20 and 21 inch tires, 12.2 inch digital instrument cluster, 12.3 inch infotainment system, climate control features in 8.8 inch screen. Head-up display, Sonus Faber audio system, digital clock along with many other features have been offered.

Price will start from 2.72 crores

Maserati GranTurismo has been launched in two variants. Its Modena variant has been brought at an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.72 crores, while the ex-showroom price of the Trofeo variant has been kept at Rs 2.90 crores. In the market, it will compete with cars like BMW M8 Competition, Ferrari Roma, Aston Martin.
