The company said that from March 5, 2025, all apps and games that work on this feature will not work on Windows 11. The feature was updated in December
The company updated this feature on Android 13 only in December 2023. Till next year i.e. 2025, existing games and apps will continue to work without any problem. After the deadline, Windows 11 users will not be able to search Android apps on Amazon App Store or Microsoft Store. It is not yet clear whether it will be automatically uninstalled or stop working after March 5, 2025.
Update the apps till March 5 next year
In this regard, Amazon said that it is partnering with Microsoft to provide smooth end-to-end support experience to developers and customers. Amazon further said that it will continue to update the apps till March 5 next year, but developers will not be able to publish new apps from today itself. The company said that it has informed Amazon App Store users about this change through email.
