Since when did milk become expensive in the state?
In Karnataka, the price of Nandini Milk packet has been increased by Rs 2 per liter from Wednesday, June 26. Along with this revised price, Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has also announced to give 50 ml extra milk in every packet. In this way, 1050 ml milk will be added in a one-liter milk packet and 550 ml milk will be added in a half-liter milk packet.
Milk prices increased for the second time in a year
This is the second price hike in Karnataka in less than a year. Keep in mind that in July 2023 last year, Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) had increased the price of milk by Rs 3 per liter.
