New price of Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 in India
Motorola has reduced the prices of Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 by Rs 10,000 from December 15. After the price cut, Razer 40 Ultra can be purchased for Rs 79,999 instead of Rs 89,999. The Razer 40 Ultra comes in a sole 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. On the other hand, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of Motorola Razr 40 was priced at Rs 59,999. Now it will be available for Rs 49,999 after the price cut.
The Ultra model comes in Infinite Black and Viva Magenta colors. The Motorola Razr 40, on the other hand, comes in Sage Green, Summer Lilac and Vanilla Cream colors.
Apart from the price drop, Motorola has also started ‘Moto Days’ sale on Amazon India. This sale will run from December 18 to December 24. In this sale, additional discount of ₹ 7,000 and ₹ 5,000 is being given on Standard and Ultra versions respectively. So, from today till Christmas, the Razer 40 can be purchased for only ₹44,999, while the Razer 40 Ultra can be had for ₹72,999.

Both the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 run Android 13-based MyUX. The former features a 6.9-inch full-HD+ foldable pOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. In contrast, the Motorola Razr 40 features a 6.9-inch full-HD+ pOLED High display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5-inch OLED external screen.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra packs a 3,800mAh battery with support for 30W wired fast charging and 5W wireless charging. The Razer 40 packs a 4,200mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood, while the Motorola Razr 40 runs on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. Both models have dual rear cameras.
