This year, under the protection of the police, the question paper and confidential material of the board examination will be from the coordinator center at 103 examination centers of the capital. In the 10th and 12th examination of the board, the heads of the centers have been given the right to file FIR in the police. The board has issued instructions in this regard.

MP Board MPBSE 2023: There is important news for the students of 10th and 12th of MP Board of Secondary Education (MP Board). This year, the QR code will be pasted in the exam paper, though it will be only for a few selected subjects. If it is successful, then QR code will be implemented on all the copies from the next session. Apart from this, the pages of the copies have also been increased from 20 to 32 this time. Candidates will have to write complete answers to the questions in this single copy. Same now instead of 3, four sets of papers will be given to the students.

Barcode will be used in these subjects of class 10th

  1. Hindi – 32 page copy QR code will be attached.
  2. Urdu- 32 page copy QR code will be applied.
  3. General Science – 32 page hard copy OMR sheet with QR code will not be attached.
  4. Mathematics – 32 page copy OMR sheet with QR code will not be attached.
  5. Sanskrit – 20 page copy QR code will be applied.
  6. English – 32 page copy will have QR code.
  7. Science – 32 page copy OMR sheet will not be accompanied by QR code.
  8. NSQF, IT, BW – 20 page copy will have QR code.

Barcode will be used in these subjects of class 12th

  1. Hindi- 32 page copy OMR sheet will not be accompanied by QR code.
  2. English, Physics, Economics – 32 page copy QR code will be applied.
  3. Biology – QR code will be attached with 32 page copy.
  4. Political Science – QR code will be attached with 32 page copy.
  5. Chemistry, History, Business Studies – 32 page copy will have QR code.
  6. Mathematics – 32 page copy with graph, QR code will be attached.
  7. Book Keeping, Sociology – QR code will be applied in 32 page copy.
  8. Informant Practice- 32 page copy will have QR code.
  9. Geography – QR code will be applied in 32 page copy.
  10. Urdu- 32 page copy will have QR code.
  11. NSFQ, Beauty Wellness, IT- 20 page copy QR code will be applied.
  12. Sanskrit – QR code will be installed in 32 page copy.

Disabled students will get this facility

New rules have been set by the Board of Secondary Education to help disabled students in the 10th and 12th examinations, under which students will be able to take other companions for their help. New guidelines have also been issued by the Board of Secondary Education to take disabled students to other companions. This facility will be made available to thalassemia patients including visually impaired, mentally retarded and those suffering from sickle cell and other disabled students including those who are unable to write due to hand fracture.

More than 18 lakh students will appear in the exam

  1. Board exams will start from March 1, 2023, for which admit cards have been issued.
  2. This examination will be held at 3 thousand 800 examination centers across the state.
  3. About 18 lakh 22 thousand students will appear in both the examinations this year.
  4. 3852 examination centers have been set up across the state. Out of this, 3099 are in government and 753 are in private schools.
  5. CCTVs will be installed at these centers and monitoring will be done from the divisional headquarters.

Action will be taken against those who copy

  1. Students caught cheating in board exam exams can be punished with up to 3 years in jail or a fine of ₹5000.
  2. Strict measures have been taken to prevent cheating in the examination. If a candidate is caught using unfair means and a person helps him, then a provision has been made for him to be punished for 3 years.
  3. The second person found using unfair means will also not be taken in government service. Section 144 will remain in force up to a distance of 100 yards from the same examination center.
  4. This time, instead of the District Education Officer, the Board has given the responsibility of getting the FIR lodged in case of ruckus or copying, giving full responsibility to the center heads.
  5. This year, under the protection of the police, the question paper and confidential material of the board examination will be from the coordinator center at 103 examination centers of the capital.
  6. In the 10th and 12th examination of the board, the heads of the centers have been given the right to file FIR in the police. The board has issued instructions in this regard.
  7. The head of the center will have the right to register a report in the police.
  8. The head of the center will have the right to give admission to the candidate after obtaining information in the prescribed format for suspicious cases such as loss of admit card, non-matching of the candidate’s face/photograph if it is not downloaded from the net.

These rules will remain in the exam

  1. This year the barcode system will be implemented in the answer books of board exams.
    As a pilot project, barcode will be implemented in the answer sheet of three subjects in class 10th and one subject in class 12th.
  2. Barcode has been implemented in the answer books of Mathematics, Science, Social Science of class 10th and English subject in class 12th.
  3. Students will not get additional answer book in the examination, they will have to write in the main answer book only.
  4. In other words, instead of 20 pages, there will be only one main answer book of 32 pages, so that students will not have to take extra copies.
  5. In the practical examination, students of class 10th will get a copy of 8 pages and students of class 12th will get a copy of 12 pages.
  6. New blank answer books have been made available to the coordination institutions of the district.
  7. In the examination conducted by the Board in 2023, from this year the question papers will be made available in the form of 04 sets i.e. A, B, C, D.
  8. The questions will remain the same in the question papers of the four sets made available, but the order of the questions will be changed in each set.
