Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Yojana: During the public event, the Prime Minister will launch the ‘Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Yojana’. With this scheme, more than 86 lakh beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in Maharashtra will be benefited by providing an additional amount of Rs 6,000 per year.
Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Yojana: In election mode, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s flagship scheme ‘Namo Shetkari Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana’ in Shirdi on Thursday. Modi will visit Ahmednagar district and dedicate several projects including the new darshan queue complex at the Sai Baba temple in Shirdi.
Modi will also lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth Rs 7,500 crore in sectors like health, rail, roads and oil and gas. However, what is special for the farmers in this is ‘Namo Shetkari Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana’.
Beneficiaries will get double money.
During the public programme, the Prime Minister will launch ‘Namo Shetkari Mahasamman Nidhi Yojana’. With this scheme, more than 86 lakh beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in Maharashtra will be benefited by providing an additional amount of Rs 6,000 per year. That means earlier only Rs 6000 was given, now it will be double for the farmers in Maharashtra.
Officials said that apart from laying the foundation stone of the Maternal and Child Health Wing at Ahmednagar Civil Hospital, PM Modi will also distribute Ayushman cards and ownership cards to the eligible recipients during the program.
