Demand for regularization of employees

In which it was said that the contractual employees working for more than 15 years relative to the posts created should be regularised. Along with this, along with regularizing the contract teachers of the schools run by the Social Welfare Department, Child Development, Transport Corporation and Tribal Development Department, they should be given the benefit of seventh pay.
In the same meeting, the Chief Secretary said that instructions have been given in this regard. Such cases will be re-examined in the concerned departments. Also, keeping in view the interests of the employees, instructions have been given to take quick decisions as per the rules. In the meeting, the cadre review of the employees of the Food and Supplies Department has been pending for a long time. Instructions have been given in this regard that the under review case of Food and Logistics Department should be disposed of in a time bound manner.
Gift of seventh pay scale
Earlier, the Yogi Nath Aditya government of Uttar Pradesh gifted the seventh pay scale to the contractual employees of the state. Under the rule, such contract employees have been created regularly but work continuously from the year 2013-14 before that and their appointment has been done in a transparent manner under the selection process. Government clarification on old pension scheme issued
