What is PM Kisan Yojana? Must know
Under this scheme, an assistance of Rs 2000 is provided every four months to all the farmer families across the country. Along with this, these 2000 rupees are given in three equal installments in a year. At the same time, an assistance amount of 6000 thousand rupees is given by the government in the whole year. Funds are directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. At the same time, the full responsibility of identification of beneficiary farmer families lies with the State/Union Territory Governments.
