With the increase in Dearness Allowance (DA Hike), now the central employees are going to get another big news. The government gave great news to the employees even before increasing the dearness allowance. The government is ready to give promotions to government officials this week. For this the department has made full preparations.
Government made big announcement
A delegation of officers of the Central Secretariat Official Language Service Group A met Union Minister Jitendra Singh last month, after which a big announcement related to promotion was made. Minister of State for Personnel Singh assured the visiting delegation that the process of promotion would be expedited as per rules. That is, great news can be received regarding the promotion of employees.

Training will be necessary
Training is necessary for officers from one year to 18 months before promotion. The Union Minister of State told the delegation that he would consider their demands sympathetically and any problems faced in giving promotions would be resolved. Singh also said that all future promotions for government officials from here will be done in a systematic manner.

38% DA
Significantly, the Central Government has increased the DA of the employees by 4%. Based on the AICPI index, the government has increased by 4 percent. After this the DA of the employees has become 38%. Earlier on July 1, 2022, 8089 employees have been promoted, out of which 4,734 are from Central Secretariat Service (CSS), 2,966 from Central Secretariat Stenographer Service (CSSS) and 389 from Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS).
