Vande Bharat Express: The regular operation of Vande Bharat Express running between Deoghar and Varanasi will start from September 16. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off this train from Tatanagar on September 15. This train will reach Varanasi at 9 pm via Jasidih, Kiul, Nawada, Gaya, Sasaram, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. Regular operation of this train will start from September 16.

Vande Bharat Express: The regular operation of Vande Bharat Express announced between Deoghar and Varanasi will start from September 16. On September 15, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually flag off this new service from Tatanagar. Local officials reviewed the preparations on Friday to welcome this train.

This semi-high speed train of eight coaches will run as an inaugural special on the first day. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off train number- 02249 at 11 am. This train will reach Varanasi at 9 pm via Jasidih, Kiul, Nawada, Gaya, Sasaram, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Junction.

At the same time, this train will run regularly from 16 September. This train will run six days a week except Tuesday. Train number-22500 will depart from Cantt station at 6.20 am and will stop at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction at 7 am, Sasaram at 8.15 am, Gaya at 9.25 am, Nawada at 10.20 am, Kiul at 11.30 am, Jasidih at 1.15 pm and will reach Deoghar at 1.40 pm.

On the return, train number-22499 will depart from Deoghar at 3.15 pm and will reach Jasidih at 3.22 pm, Kiul at 4.40 pm, Nawada at 5.48 pm, Gaya at 7.10 pm, Sasaram at 8.18 pm, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction at 9.30 pm and will reach Cantt at 10.30 pm.

New rack of Vande Bharat reached Cantt station

The new rack reached Cantt station on Friday evening before joining Varanasi-New Delhi Delhi Vande Bharat Express. Local officials tested the capacity of the 20 coach rack on platform number one. After the test, the rack was sent to the washing line. Additional Divisional Railway Manager Lalji Chaudhary, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Freight) and Director Gaurav Dixit, among others, were present.
