Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali (RPS-08A) 2024 on 31 October 2024. The last date to apply under this scheme is 30 November 2024. A total of 821 plots are available under YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali (RPS-08A) 2024. These plots are exclusively for the residents of Noida. The location of the plot is near Noida Airport, which is a rapidly developing area. People living here will get the benefit of excellent infrastructure and proximity to the airport.

Eligibility and Rules

For General Category

The applicant must be 18 years or above.

Only Indian citizens and NRIs who are eligible to buy property in India.

The applicant or their family (spouse, children, parents) should not already own any plot or flat of YEIDA.

Both husband and wife can apply, but if both are allotted a plot, one will have to cancel their allotment.

Reserved category:

Farmers whose land has been acquired by YEIDA.

Owners of industrial units operating in the area.

Reservation quota:

For farmers: 17.5%

For industrial units: 5%

All the plots are located in Sector 24A, a prime residential area near Noida Airport. Living here will not only provide a better lifestyle but can also prove to be a great investment option.

How to apply and pay

The application process is completely online. Interested applicants can apply by visiting the official website of YEIDA.

How to apply:

Visit the YEIDA website.
Pay an application fee of Rs 600.
Fill and submit the form.
Upload Aadhaar card, PAN card, address proof.
Make all payments through online mode only.

Payment option:

Loan can be taken through major banks like ICICI, Bank of Baroda, SBI, and HDFC Bank.

Draw and allotment process

Allotment of plots will be done through a transparent draw, which will be held on 27 December 2024.

There will be separate draws for each category.

The registration fee of successful applicants will be adjusted in the total price of the plot.

Refund for unsuccessful applicants:

If the application amount remains with YEIDA for one year, it will be refunded without interest.

For a period of more than one year, interest will be given based on the interest rate in SBI savings account.
