After a long wait, OnePlus has finally confirmed the launch date of its flagship phone OnePlus 13. It is the successor of OnePlus 12. The brand will launch this phone in the Chinese market on October 31 at 4 pm (local time). For this, the company is going to organize an event. This is the first phone that is coming with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Along with confirming the launch date, the company has shared many more things. OnePlus 13 color variants
The upcoming phone of OnePlus will come in three colors. The first is White Dawn which makes a good impression with the latest silk glass technology. The second is Blue Moment which is the first phone to offer a babyskin texture. Finally, Obsidian Secret comes with an ebony wood grain glass finish. Design
The OnePlus 13 has a micro-quad-curved display on the front and a circular camera module on the rear panel. Like the previous model, the camera module is not fused with the frame of the device. The camera island has three lenses and an LED flash unit set in a square structure. There is a horizontal line from the camera module to the edge. It has the logo of “H” (Hasselblad).
Specification expected
At present, OnePlus has released some teasers of its design. The specification details are yet to come, but before the launch, details of all its features have been received. It will have a 6.82 inch 2K 120Hz BOE X2 screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 24 GB LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone will get a 6,000mAh battery with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging for power.
There will be a 32MP sensor for selfies and a 50MP (LYT-808) triple camera unit at the back. Apart from this, the phone has ColorOS 15 based Android 15. Also, features like 0916T vibration motor and IP69 rated chassis can also be there.
Global and India launch
The phone can be brought to the global and Indian market shortly after its launch in China. In the coming days, the company will give more information about the global launch. Nothing is known about its prices yet.
