  • Doorstep Banking Service of 12 Banks SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, UCO Bank and Union Bank of India i.e. You can submit a digital life certificate using the banking facility at home.
  • You can book doorstep service through doorstepbanks.com  or  www.dsb.imfast.co.in/doorstep/login , or ‘Doorstep Banking’ mobile app.

  • First of all go to the official website  jeevanpramaan.gov.in  and after clicking, the home page will open in front of you. On the home page, you will have to click on the link of Get a Certificate. You will have three options – Computer, Mobile and Office.
  • You have to click on any one option of your convenience. After clicking on one of the options, you will have the option Download Application. You will have to download the application by filling your e-mail and Captcha code in any one option. After this, a code of 6 numbers will come on your e-mail.
  • After entering this code, you will get the option to download the application and then enter all the information like- Aadhar number, name, mobile number, PPO number, pension account number, bank details etc.
  • Now your Aadhaar will be authorized through the app. After this you will see the option to download the certificate in PDF format. You have to click on this option. Your Life Certificate will be downloaded to your device.

You can also take advantage of the services of SBI

  •  Login to https://www.pensionseva.sbi/ and click on the option of ‘Video LC’,
  • here you will get an OTP on the registered mobile number after entering the SBI pension account number.
  • Read all the rules carefully and then click on ‘Start Journey’. Pensioners should keep their PAN card with them at the time of video call and click on ‘I am ready’.
  • Video calls may require some venting. SBI officials will identify you as soon as they come on the video call. At the same time you can also do scheduling for it.
  • SBI staff will ask you to read the 4 digits displayed on your screen once the video call starts. The PAN card will have to be shown for identification and then the officials will capture the screen shot of it.
  • After this the photograph of the pensioner will be taken. After which your process will be completed. If this process fails, then the bank employee will inform you. You can make video calls again. If other circumstances arise, the pensioner can go to the branch and submit his life certificate.
