Out of them, 2093462 family pension holders are also included in this. In 2022-23, 241777 crore rupees have been spent by the government on these. Along with this, while replying in the Lok Sabha, the Minister of State for Personnel has clarified that at present no idea of increasing the minimum pension amount has been placed before the government. .
Minister gave information on 8th Pay Commission
Earlier, information was also given by the minister on the 8th Pay Commission. Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chowdhary also gave information amid the continuous discussion of the 8th Pay Commission and said that at present no plan is in front of the government to bring the 8th Pay Commission. The tradition of changing the Pay Commission every 10 years is being followed. At present, plans are being made to change it, but as of now there is no proposal before the government.
Dearness allowance will be increased
