Petrol-Diesel Price Today 9th June: Government oil companies have not made any change in the prices of petrol and diesel even today (June 9). Today is the 20th day in a row when there has been no change in oil prices.
The last time on May 21, the prices of petrol and diesel were reduced after the decision of the Central Government to reduce the excise duty. The central government cut the excise duty on petrol by Rs 8 and on diesel by Rs 6. After this, petrol became cheaper by Rs 9.50 and diesel by Rs 7 per liter across the country.

According to IOCL, in the capital Delhi today petrol is priced at Rs 96.72 per liter, while diesel is being sold at Rs 89.62 per litre. The cheapest petrol in the country is Rs 84.10 in Port Blair and diesel at Rs 79.74 per liter.
