Petrol-Diesel Price Today 10th June: Government oil companies have released the prices of petrol and diesel today (June 10) at 6 am. Today, for the 21st consecutive day, the prices of petrol and diesel have been kept stable. The last time on May 21, the prices of petrol and diesel were reduced after the decision of the Central Government to reduce the excise duty.
The government had given a big relief to the people by reducing the excise duty by Rs 8 on petrol and Rs 6 on diesel. After this, diesel became cheaper by Rs 9.50 and Rs 7 per liter in the country.
Price changed this year
Since the beginning of this year, there has been fluctuation in the prices of petrol and diesel. At the beginning of the year i.e. on January 1, petrol was being sold at Rs 95.41 per liter and diesel Rs 86.67 per liter in the capital Delhi. But after that there was a jump in oil prices. Due to Russia-Ukraine, the price of crude oil increased worldwide. Along with this, till April 6, there was an increase of about Rs 10 in petrol and diesel. However, on May 21, the central government gave relief to the people by reducing the excise duty from petrol and diesel.

At present, the most expensive petrol in the country is being sold at Rs 114.38 per liter in Parbhani, Maharashtra. At the same time, the most expensive diesel is being sold at Rs 100.30 per liter in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. Apart from this, the cheapest petrol-diesel is in Port Blair. There the price of petrol is Rs 84.10 per liter, while the price of diesel is Rs 79.74 per liter.
