Crude oil rates rise
There was a mixed trend in the rate of crude oil. WTI crude declined marginally to $114.2 per barrel and Brent crude rose to $114.4 per barrel. Before April 6, from March 22 to April 5, oil companies had increased petrol and diesel by about Rs 10 per liter.

The price has increased four times in April itself.
