PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana 15 Installment: The wait of the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for the next installment is going to end soon. After Diwali, PM Modi will release Rs 2000-2000 of the 15th installment of the scheme in the accounts of farmers. This information has been given by the Agriculture Ministry by posting it on Twitter. Keep in mind that the benefit of the 15th installment will be available only to those farmers who have completed the process of eKYC, land verification and Aadhaar linking.

Ministry of Agriculture has posted that the transfer of the 15th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take place on November 15, 2023, in which this installment of 8 crore farmers will be transferred directly into their bank accounts through DBT. This program will be organized at 3 pm. During this period, 8 crore farmers across the country will get the benefit of the scheme. 2000-2000 of the 15th installment will come into the account after Diwali.
Actually, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is one of the biggest schemes being run by the Central Government for the farmers. Under this scheme, farmers are given Rs 6,000 annually in 3 installments of Rs 2,000-2000 every 4 months. According to the rules of the scheme, the first installment is given between April to July, the second between August to November and the third installment between December to March, so now after Diwali, the next installment will be deposited in the accounts of more than 8 crore farmers on 15th November. Preparations have started for which Rs 2000-2000 will be sent to the accounts.
These farmers will not get the benefit of the scheme
- Not all institutional landholders can avail the benefit of this scheme. Farmer families in which one or more members belong to the following categories cannot avail the benefit of this scheme. Are holding or have previously held constitutional positions.
- Former and present Ministers/Ministers of State, former or present members of Rajya Sabha/State Assemblies/Lok Sabha/State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations and former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
- All retired pensioners (except multi tasking employees) receiving pension of Rs 10,000 or more.
- Doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects registered with professional bodies also cannot avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana.
- All those persons who had paid income tax in the previous assessment year also cannot avail the benefits of the scheme.
- All serving or retired officers and employees of Ministries/Offices/Departments of the Central/State Government and its field units, Central or State Public Undertakings and attached offices/autonomous institutions under the Government as well as regular employees (Multi Tasking Staff) of local bodies /except LV Class/Group D employees)
How to get eKYC done?
- Visit the official website of PM Kisan Yojana and click on ‘e-KYC’ option under Farmer Corner.
- Now provide the Aadhaar number, after this OTP will come on your mobile number, submit it.
- You can also visit your nearest CSC center to get e-KYC done. By going here you can get OTP based eKYC done.
- If you are not able to get e-KYC done through the portal or CSC center, then you can also go to the bank and get this work done. For this, you have to fill the eKYC form and submit it along with the documents, after which your biometric is done and then your eKYC is done.
PM KISAN – Check your name in the list
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (https://pmkisan.gov.in/) and select the option of Know Your Status showing on the portal.
- Enter your registration number here, if you do not have a registration number then click on the option of Know your registration no.
- After this you have to enter your mobile number and captcha. Now you will receive an OTP. After entering the OTP you will know the registration number.
- After entering the registration number, you will know your status. If you want to see the names of the people of your village along with you, then you have to go to the PM Kisan portal and select the option of Beneficiary List.
- After this you have to enter the name of your state, district, block and village. By downloading the Beneficiary List, you can see who else in the village is getting the benefit of this scheme along with your name.
