PM Kisan Samman Nidhi: The fourth budget of the second term of the Modi government and the 10th budget since coming to power is going to be presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1, 2022.
It is believed that in this budget, the government can give a big gift to the farmers. In fact, the farmers’ movement has ended shortly before.
A large section of farmers is angry with the ruling party. At the same time, assembly elections are going to be held in the largest state of the country.
In the last one year, farmers are troubled by inflation, especially due to the rising prices of diesel. In such a situation, it is believed that the government can make a big announcement in the budget to woo the farmers. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, the annual amount given to the farmers can be increased.
1. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Modi government gives an amount of Rs 6,000 annually to the farmers. But on February 1, 2022, an announcement may be made to increase this amount in the budget.
The annual amount given under PM Kisan Nidhi Yojana can be increased from Rs 6,000 to Rs 8,000. That is, farmers can be given an additional amount of Rs 2,000 annually.
2. Actually, the cost of farmers has increased on farming. There has been a huge increase in the prices of diesel to fertilizers and seeds, due to which it is believed that an announcement can be made to increase the assistance given under the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi. So that farmers can be given relief from this inflation.
3. If the government takes a decision on increasing the assistance given under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Yojana, then small and medium farmers troubled by rising inflation can get a big relief.
4. Just before the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, the Modi government had launched the PM Kisan Yojana to woo the farmers so that small and medium farmers could be given financial assistance. PM Kisan Yojana has been started from December 2018 and since then 1.8 lakh crore rupees have been transferred to the bank accounts of more than 10 crore farmers.
5. Under the PM Kisan Yojana, the government gives financial assistance of Rs 6000 annually to the farmers. The government gives this money in the form of three installments. That is, you get an amount of 2000 rupees at a difference of 4 months. This money is directly transferred to the bank account of the farmers.
6. In the same year on January 1, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had released the tenth installment of PM Kisan Yojana in the bank account of farmers. The Prime Minister had done the transfer of Rs 20,000 crore in the bank accounts of 10 crore farmer families by pressing the button.
7. Let us tell you that the Modi government has transferred 1.80 lakh crore rupees so far under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the bank accounts of about 11 crore farmers.
