- All Institutional Land Holders
- Farmer sitting on a constitutional post
- Former or present Minister, Member of Lok Sabha-Rajya Sabha (Former or present)
- Present or former employee in Government post in Central/State Government
- Retired pensioners
- Farmers paying income tax
- Registered Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, CAs and Architects
However, the farmers who have not got e-KYC done, they also would not have received the money for the 13th installment. But those farmers have a chance to take advantage of the 13th installment by getting e-KYC done. These farmers can take advantage of the 13th installment by getting e-KYC done online or offline.

- New page will open, enter your Aadhaar number here
- OTP will come on the registered mobile number
- Submit by entering OTP, e-KYC will be completed here
